Truro City fans are being advised to allow extra travel time for tonight's match due to a key road closure. The A390 between the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske and County Hall will be shut from 7pm, affecting journeys to and from the National League South clash with Salisbury.

The closure will impact supporters travelling from Truro city centre and those approaching from the east. The club has issued a direct warning to fans planning to attend the game at Treyew Road.

"Please allow extra time when travelling to the game and follow the diversion signs after the game too," the club said.

Drivers are urged to follow the signed diversion routes and to check local travel updates before setting off. The disruption comes as Truro City look to bounce back from a recent home defeat to the same opponents. That result left the White Tigers in the table.

The team's next home game is against Torquay on Boxing Day.
